I am a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming but this is just a long title for a talking therapy with a difference. NLP can enable you to become empowered and feel in control of your future. It provides simple techniques to overcome limiting beliefs and to create a better you. You can become limitless!

A long career in business and human resources has given me the opportunity to gain vast ‘people’ experience in an everchanging world, which is fast-paced, digitalised and full-on. This has provided me with lots of examples of individuals suffering from stress and low self-esteem that has been brought on by competition, rapid digital-age changes, social media and people believing they do not ‘measure up’ to a perceived ‘perfection’.
I too, can relate to having had anxieties that were brought about by living in our ‘everyday world’ and juggling too many balls. There were areas in my life that just weren’t working for me and were limiting me from being the happy and successful person I knew I could be and wanted to be.
When we are not capable of moving forward, feeling stuck, or restricted, the world can be a scary place and we need a solution, something different that works.
A lifetime quest for learning about the mind and behaviour led me to study Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). I learnt how I could use these skills and techniques to enable me to further empower myself. Following the success I have experienced, I now gladly share these skills with my clients.
NLP has elegant, simple to use, yet powerful applications creating new thought patterns which direct you away from what you don’t want and towards what you do want. The skilful application of NLP can allow you to learn how you can open doors and say goodbye to longstanding anxieties, fears and phobias.
NLP can be very effective in even just one session and many clients only need 1 to 3 sessions to deal with the specific problem they are facing.

APPLICATIONS OF NLP
Sometimes things in life can throw us off balance and take us by surprise. Most of the time this can be a good thing and helps us to challenge ourselves and create new pathways. In some cases, though, something that is upsetting or causing excessive stress can take a hold and we feel stuck and helpless. This may be losing a loved one, a job, work pressures, relationships, family issues, job interviews and exams.

It is my intention to help as many people as possible and I want to share these techniques with my clients. I offer strategies such as how you can “quiet your mind”, replace despair, confusion and loss with a sense of wellbeing, value and purpose and much, much more.

Hourly sessions are charged at £45. Extended sessions are available if necessary.
