To celebrate the opening of the new Victoria Therapy Centre and the start of 2020, we will be offering a discounted 5 week yoga and mindfulness small group course to help you clear your mind and body of 2019.

This small group course will be run by our trained practioner, Kelly, and will include yoga and mindfulness techniques that can be applied to day to day life. At the end of the 5 weeks, students will gain tools to help better manage daily aches and pains. They will also be much better able to cope with busy minds.
Unlike many yoga classes, these will be very small groups of up to 3 particpants meaning the practice will be tailored to individuals’ specific needs.
Kelly has run this course successfully in other venues previously and participants experienced many positive outcomes, finishing the course feeling balanced, calm and content and several people also reported better sleep.
We are pleased to announce that, if you book before 6th January 2020, we can offer a 20% early bird discount, reducing the cost from £125 to just £100 including VAT.
