Teaching and practising yoga and mindfulness is my passion. I have been practising for 12 years and teaching for 5 years.
Qualifying as a teacher originally with YogaCampus in Hebden Bridge, I have since gone on to train with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli pHD, a specialist in yoga for women’s health. I have also trained in yoga for children, babies and pregnant women.
Although I love teaching larger classes, I particularly enjoy providing a more tailored service to individuals and small groups. This is because I enjoy working alongside my clients to meet and hopefully exceed their specific hopes and expectations from the combination of yoga and mindfulness practice.
My aim is to provide my expertise and guidance to those looking to improve both their physical and mental wellbeing in a beautiful and comfortable space in the heart of Saltaire in Shipley.
When not practicing yoga and mindfulness, my family and I like to spend our weekends exploring the local countryside in and around Bradford in West Yorkshire.
