Group Therapy For Low Self-Esteem

Unfortunately, we have had to postpone all group therapy sessions and courses for the foreseeable future due to the current pandemic and potential risk in a group setting. We plan to review the situation in the New Year and hope to run more group therapy workshops in 2021.

The aim of the course is to use a small group setting to learn the origins and impact of low self esteem and what keeps it going. Moving forward we will look at alternative ways of behaving and thinking to improve coping mechanisms that impact on self esteem.

The course will be held at the Victoria Therapy Centre in Saltaire. The cost of the course is £170.
